About Us
The Going Beyond Assistance Fund is a 501(c)(3) organization born from a long-standing desire to help HCSG employees in crisis. The GBAF ensures no team member faces a difficult time alone.
Board Members
Jason Bundick
Jason joined HCSG in 2012, focusing on the growth and development of HCSG’s legal and compliance domains. He also serves as the Secretary for HCSG’s Board of Directors.
Jason received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of Dayton. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he values his role as a parent to his two children, who bring him immense joy and are his primary source of inspiration.
Derya Warner
Derya Warner is the Senior Vice President of Finance & Strategic Sourcing at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG). She joined HCSG in the early 2000s as an Accounts Payable Administrator and was quickly promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor just three months later. Outside of work, Derya enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Kim Perillo
Since joining HCSG in 2018, Kim has found great fulfillment in her role. She supports Jason Bundick, the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. She oversees the Going Beyond Assistance Fund, ensuring colleagues facing adversity and hardships receive the support they need to thrive personally and professionally.
Kim graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management. Outside the office, Kim loves visiting her four children, who are two sets of twins! She has a passion for yoga and is a certified 200-hour instructor. Kim enjoys gardening and cooking. On the weekends, you can find her fiercely competing in dragon boat races!

GBAF Grant Process
The GBAF provides tax-free grants of up to $2,500 to current HCSG employees or their immediate family members experiencing hardship. Grants given to employees are not loans and do not need to be repaid.
Eligible hardships or disasters include, but are not limited to:
The online application process is confidential and includes a review of submitted documentation and a personal conversation to better understand the situation. A committee of nine dedicated HCSG employees reviews each application with compassion and care to determine a grant amount based on collective input.
